my mortgage co. has told me that they are going to start forcloser on my property . My mortgage is with PHH/ Ocwen mortgage they are a privately held co they do not have to follow Goverment guideline . Why doesn't H is Key pay attention to landlords who could lose their property. I have sent them paperwork that shows this but nothing happens

Hello Brian, very sorry you're going through this! There is Mortgage Relief, but it's for primary residences, not investment properties. Is your tenant cooperating in applying for rental assistance? Feel free to reach out to discuss some options for you.
