Are things changing in the housing market 2020? Here’s your Orange County and LA real estate market update now we wrapped up October 2020, including foreclosure data for LA, OC and SD to show how the first 3 quarters of 2020 stacked up against tears past. We noticed a small drop in the pace of Orange County real estate sales in late October when comparing the first half to the second half of the month….you’ll see it on our exclusive OC Sales Trajectory Report. It could be a temporary blip, buyer fatigue, election distraction or due to the fires in the last week of October. Of course, well keep on tracking where sales are headed.
